Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled before they are dispatched. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled. You may return it after delivery under our returns policy. To cancel, write to hello@kimondo.in with your order number. If the order has not yet been handed to the courier, we will cancel it and issue a full refund within 3 business days.
